    I was on the way to Jimmys steakhouse and pub for some French onion soup when I drove by Hong Kong Inn. I saw there was a drive thru and a line. I made a u turn and decided I'd try it out. Food was delicious. I ordered the general chicken. I should have asked if it was breaded or not. Back in SD it isn't breaded. Either way, my meal was delicious and so was the egg drop soup. The won ton strips were stale. I didn't eat it with my soup.

    The worst Thai food I have ever had .Went back again only to be really let down. Just as bad as it alway's was .  

    I will never eat here again period.

    I really like this place. Always have. They seem to be consistent, and they leave you the hell alone. If you have a problem or need something, they take care of it. For me it's just about the right amount of human interaction. It's also very clean and that's about as much as I want from any place.

    I kind of wish they hadn't gotten rid of the cheap plastic red and gold ceiling decoration, and the new plates just look like they've been splattered with grease. That's my only semi criticism.

    This is a really nice little hole in the wall spot. I had high hopes because my family loves it.

    The restaurant is nice and clean. The crew is very friendly and helpful. They make the food faster then some fast food places.

    But, I was very underwhelmed with the food. I had the cashew chicken that is supposed to be one of a kind to Springfield, the best description I can give it is bland. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good. It just was food.

    The sweet and sour chicken was better.

    Overall, I would go back and try some other meals especially if I wanted the food fast.
